CLEMENTS Lowen Oscar It's a Boy Stacey and Chris have been blessed with the arrival of their special little boy, Lowen Oscar on 19th May 2015. Born at home in Saltash at 8:53am weighing 8lb 3oz, Lowen arrived and his Cornish name meaning "happiness" seemed appropriate and more! Stacey and Chris are both very proud parents and with all of Lowen's family and friends who have been wonderful and very generous to us, he's a very happy little boy! Xx Stacey and Chris
